Despite longtime rumours of a split, on-again, off-again couple Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem confirmed their on-again status during romantic dinner date in Barcelona.

The lovebirds are currently in Spain while Javier is filming Biutiful and Penelope is promoting Los Abrazos Rotos, her latest work with close friend and director, Pedro Almodovar.

Despite the notoriously press-shy pair’s attempt to elude paparazzi, our snappers managed to catch a glimpse of the picture perfect twosome departing the exclusive CDLC-Barcelona restaurant before they spent the night (together, no less!) at the luxurious Hotel Arts.
