SOLANGE SAYS YES TO SEX

The Pope would not be pleased about this.

The Body Shop and MTV Networks International have taken a proactive stance by launching the “Yes, Yes, Yes to Safe Sex” campaign with none other than Solange Knowles as the spokesperson.

Targeting men and women under 25 to support HIV/AIDS awareness and promote safe sex, the “Yes, Yes, Yes to Safe Sex” event drew in quite a crowd at Times Square in New York City today (April 14).

The singer/songwriter was on hand to officially launch the program while Dr. Sari Locker answered all those questions we were scared to ask. Even the Naked Cowboy made an appearance at Times Square as he handed away Durex condoms!

I agree, why on earth would she be the spokesperson??? I think she is beautiful (sorry), but god, get your own life. It’s pathetic and SAD.

Great spokesperson seeing as she was a mom by the time she was 17. Pretty bad choice if you ask me…not really the best example of someone that contraceptives worked for.

Exactly Stephi. She got knocked up, had a shotgun wedding and subsequently divorced the dude. What a horrible choice for spokesperson. The Body Shop and MTV Networks should be ashamed they are feeding their audience such bullshit. They’re not fooling anyone this time.

Oh and way to ride your sister’s coattails. Everytime I see a Loreal commercial with Solange cleverly placed in the background I cringe a little….ok ALOT!
