REVEALED: ‘SEX AND THE CITY’ PLOT DETAILS

17adco_600

First came the release date (May 2010) and now it’s officially time for plot details to begin leaking for the upcoming sequel to Sex and the City: The Movie.

That said, spoiler alert below!

First up? Big cheats on Carrie.

A source tells Life & Style: “Their marriage is going to face lots of challenges. Big will be tempted by a younger colleague. It’s a juicy role for whoever they wind up casting.”

What’s more? The the rumours are true - the ladies of SATC will be hit hard by the recession.

Adds the insider: “The proposed story line for Samantha will be her having to downsize her big-spending life after some of her investments get wiped out. You will see her having to survive on a more modest budget but still staying true to her fabulous taste.”

Hmm….an injected dose of infidelity and money troubles? How utterly…domestic.

Wait a minute. Carrie married Big? Lame. The whole idea of the show was that she was fabulously single and had a family consisting of best friends. I refuse to see the movie.

Hey-One of the reasons why I loved SATC so much was ’cause Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda were the same age as me, so could identify with lots of it.
I am fab at 42, and NOT old, so screw you guys^^^^!

Maybe it has something to do with Mr. Big not coming back cause they won’t pay him.

Yeah, didn’t I read something about them having “scheduling conflicts” with Chris Noth. Isn’t this code for “we refuse to pay him the money he’s asking for”? I loved the series but didn’t see the movie because I thought they would ruin it. I can’t imagine the second movie will be nearly as popular as the first.

I LOVE the show and I thought the first movie was fantastic. Why shouldn’t she have married Big? It’s not like she completely ignored her girlfriends when she married him. And I’m in my early 20s and I don’t think these women are old at all. They all look amazing and their characters live realistic lives of other women their age, except for their budgets maybe! Can’t wait for the next installment!!
