The ladies of Hugh Hefner’s past and present collided at the Playboy publisher’s 83rd birthday pool party at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas today (April 4).
Former flames Kendra Wilkinson, Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison couldn’t look happier as they posed alongside their replacements Crystal Harris and 19-year-old twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon as they happy sixsome feted H-squared with a celebration that he’ll likely never forget!
After some fun in the sun, Hef took his partying public later in the night, with two celebrations in the resort’s Fantasty Tower, at Moon and Playboy nightclubs.
Evidently 83 is the new 21!

There’s been very few of Hef’s girlfriends that he hasn’t kept in touch with. There’s only those few psycho ones I’d say…It’s probably still pretty hard for Holly though, because I really do beleive that she was in love with Hef and the reason why she left was because she had to come to realisation that there was no future there and that he wasn’t going to marry her and start a family with her. She’s better off now and the other girls will just move on to other things.
