Though they looked more in love than ever, reports continue to mount suggesting that their marriage is on the rocks. Yesterday it was the New York Post that claimed their union “is just isn’t working.”
Now the Chicago Sun-Times is adding fuel to the fire. Friends of the twosome are reportedly opening up about Ashlee’s unhappiness and Pete’s constant state of boredom.
”Ashlee thinks Pete doesn’t pay her enough attention and is out partying too much,” says a longtime Texas pal. ”He needs to work on their marriage more.”
Another Simpson-Wentz insider is less certain of a true rift in the young married duo’s relationship, but thinks, ”Ashlee is feeling a bit neglected [by Pete] in recent weeks. … Pete does seem kind of bored lately, and he doesn’t talk about Ashlee like he used to. The gushing has stopped.”

Ha! Welcome to real life! I don’t know of too many young married couples that still expect their partners to “gush” over them. IF you are comfortable and SECURE, you don’t need to hear about how great you are. You just know it.
She looks good here. And if by ‘gushing’ they mean him talking about her taking it up the ass and him banging her in the mirror then it should’ve stopped.

I think she’s really really gorgeous and this hair color just look so amazing on her! I think her and Pete make a really good couple. They’ve both got the punk sort of style going on, I love it! I hope there aren’t problems there.
