Surrounded by private security and Los Angeles Police, Shawn Johnson was spotted leaving a practice session with her Dancing with the Stars partner, Mark Ballas, today (March 26) in Los Angeles.

As you may recall, Robert O’Ryan was arrested Tuesday after he tried to jump a security fence at CBS Studios, where the ABC show is filmed. Cops later searched his car and said they found a shotgun and handgun, both loaded, as well as duct tape and love letters.

Prosecutors finally charged the 34-year-old deranged fan today with one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded gun in a vehicle. He appeared for arraignment this afternoon in Superior Court, where prosecutors requested his bail be raised from $35 000 to $220 000.

O’Ryan pled not guilty to all three charges and his preliminary hearing is set for April 27.
