It appears that their new roles as mom and dad is taking a toll on Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson.
Sources claim that the once high profile couple is having trouble adapting to their more low-key lifestyle. Pete and Ashlee welcomed son Bronx last November, but 24-year-old Ashlee isn’t finding any sense of maternal biss in changing diaper after diaper.
An insider tells the New York Post: “Ashlee and Pete are on the rocks. He is going out all the time and she’s stuck at home. It’s just not working.”

I am not surprised. You shouldn’t get married just because you are pregnant. Hasn’t he basically said in interviews that she is just basically his dream f*ck. Well he has a lot to learn. You don’t marry for sex honey.
I doubt they’re on the rocks, but I am surprised they would leave their 4 month old baby and take off to another country. Who got stuck with the kid while mommy and daddy go and play?

Im not going to fully believe this until they say something.This is just the natural progression of magazine gossip about a couple. They have them engaged forever, then after they get married they are pointing out every “baby bump”, then after that the dad is always out cheating and then the marriage is on the rocks.
So get ready for “pete was making out with this girl and didnt care who noticed” soon.

This doesn’t surprise me at all. She looks really unhappy or sad in the recent pics I’ve seen of her. I think neither one of them look too over the moon, actually. I agree 100% with My2cents. That pregnancy was not planned and you know they only got married because of Papa Joe. When will people learn?
