Lauren Conrad recently revealed that she will no longer be a part of The Hills cast in order to focus on her fashion career, but now comes news that her Lauren Conrad Collection — which launched in fall 2007 — will no longer be producing cheaply made and poorly designer threads.
Per the New York Post:
Some showrooms got a message from her camp saying, “In light of the economic climate, Lauren has decided to completely rethink her line.” As a result, shipment of the last spring and summer delivery has been canceled, the memo said.
What does Miss Conrad have to say about this? Speaking on her behalf, a rep says: “With everything going on in the economy and in her life, she wants to rework her line and offerings. She will make announcements soon.”
Uh-huh…

Please fade into obscurity now…
I’ll take this with a grain of salt considering that this blog has always had a pathetic grudge against Lauren and every other girl her age in the media.
She also has her book series, la candy coming out. Regardless, I’m sure she has so much money now that she never has to work again.
