FRIENDS AND FAMILY ATTEND NATASHA’S FUNERAL SERVICES

Natasha Richardson’s family and friends including mother, Vanessa Redgrave, son, Micheal, sister, Joely Richardson, son, Daniel and husband Liam Neeson gathered to mourn their loss at her funeral held at St. Peter’s Lithgow Episcopal Church today (March 22) in Millbrook, in Dutchess County, New York.

The service took place at 2 p.m. with burial in a nearby cemetery. Church Vicar Edward Johnston said the service were only for family and close friends.

The 45-year-old actress died at Lenox Hill Hospital on March 18 in New York City after suffering a ski injury at the Mont Tremblant resort in Montreal.

I don’t think it’s right for photos to be taken at a funeral. There were no photos at Heath’s funeral, except for those disgusting shots off his body being loaded out of the morgue. It’s just the biggest invasion of privacy. People should be allowed to mourn in peace. It’s not a freaking wedding!
Everything about these pictures is sad. Even the church, the stark trees and lighting is like a sad scene from a movie. Tragic in every way.
