The Hollywood heiress was snapped wearing her trademark oversized sunglasses as she engaged in some lifts and lunges with the help of her muclebound trainer.
But discretion couldn’t have been her aim — the socialite-turned-designer was wearing a t-shirt with her very own beak-nosed mug emblazoned on it.

She has said in the past that she has a naturally skinny body and has never really worked out. I think over the years her body has changed a bit and she seems to be more curvy now than she used to be…so I guess now she feels the need to work out. If you look at bikini pictures of her now compared back to like 2003…there is a big difference in her body shape.
