The autopsy on Natasha Richardson is complete.

According to the New York City medical examiner’s office, the 45-year-old actress died of blunt impact to the head. Medical examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove says the death, caused by “epidural hematoma due to blunt impact to the head” (a blot clot on the covering of the brain) was ruled an accident.

Funeral arrangements the late star will be handled by the Greenwich Village Funeral Home.

WOW, this autopsy was blazing fast!

    How’s that possible?

    I remember Anna Nicole’s & her son’s took months.

LA BOY, that was because Anna Nicole and her son were on multiple drugs.

I feel really sad for the family — the good truly die young.

It was fast because she was in NYC, an American Hospital with the worst healthcare in the world…

Oh give it up anonymous. The autopsy was fast because she had already been diagnosed. And BTW I have never heard the quality of US hospital care as being the worse in world… I have heard criticism of the health care system in the US… they 2 completely different things.

    So sorry for the family.

And come live in the UK, you will be so grateful to have American health care that is superior, individual attention, and be in an environment that isn’t filthy.

The Canadian hospital should have diagnosed her better and speedy surgery may have saved her. She would have been better skiing in the USA.

Yet Obamma and Pelosi want to destroy the only thing that works well in the USA,
aside from the fact that it will bankrupt the country.
People from all over flock to the US for “quality” care.
I have seen the “Universal Care” up close and it is frightening.

The autopsy is usually done fairly quickly, especially in cases like this where it was already fairly obvious how she died. It’s clear that Natasha was not like the other celebrities that have died, all tied up in drugs and scandal. She was just a normal wife and mom who was enjoying some time with her sons. Apparently she hit her head and then got up and thought she was fine. It was only a few hours later that her condition started getting worse. So, so sad.

She refused medical care at first……sorry but, she played a part in the tragic events that ended up killing her.
