Posing alongside designer Valentino and business partner/ex-boyfriend Giancarlo Giammetti, the 36-year-old actress attended the premiere of Valentino: The Last Emperor at The Musuem of Modern Art in New York City.
Gwynnie was joined by a bevy of beautiful invitees including the likes of Agyness Deyn, Anne Hathaway, Claire Danes, Helena Christensen, Karolina Kurkova, Padma Lakshmi and her mother Blythe Danner.
One person who was noticeably absent was Paltrow’s husband Chris Martin. Though the pair have long vowed to never grace a red carpet together, their recent bout of distance has less to do with choice and more to do with conflicting schedules.
Mr. and Mrs. Martin won’t see each other for over a month, as Gwyneth will be in Los Angeles filming and Coldplay rocker Chris will be touring New Zealand, Asia and Dubai with his band.
A source tells Britain’s Daily Mail: “Gwyneth flew to LA on Friday to begin filming Iron Man 2. Although it is a simple case of schedule conflict, she and Chris are unlikely to see each other for several weeks.”
