The 50-year-old pop star’s manager and BFF Guy Oseary asked fans on Twitter today (March 17) which songs they think should be included. He tweets: “Working on Madonna’s greatest hits album. Any tracks that you think MUST be on?”
Madge’s rep Liz Rosenberg confirmed the news earlier today in a statement. “We’re hoping to have a greatest hits package come out in September,” she says. Adding: “Madonna does have plans to go into the studio to record a few new songs for this album.”
