
The trio then returned to the theatre so that Cate could begin preparing for her show, The War Of Roses — a new adaptation of Shakespeare’s eight history plays, which span 100 years of turbulent English history, starting with Richard II and ending with the death of Richard III.
After taking some time off work to dedicate to her growing family, Cate will kick her career back into gear this summer when she begins work on Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood. The Universal flick — which co-stars Russell Crowe – is scheduled for a May 14, 2010 release date (so don’t hold your breath.)
