The 19-year-old starlet has reportedly devoted her life to trying to get her 31-year-old ex kicked off of the show after their bitter breakup.
A source close to the estranged exes tells the upcoming issue of OK! magaine: “She refuses to be on the set at the same time as him. She is making it difficult for everyone involved.”
As for Milo: “He’s not going to play any games or stoop to her level,” adds the insider.
Lesson to be learned here? Never date your coworkers!

I don’t think dating a co-worker is necessarily the problem here. It’s dating a co-worker that is young and immature. Milo is older and is behaving like a professional. She just has a lot to learn.
One : It’s complete BS! There is a group pic taken last week on twitter, Hayden and Milo are NEXT TO EACH OTHER! So she was on set at the time as him!!
Two : She didn’t stay a week in Hawaii, just 2 days!

I agree with the first comment completely. Plenty of actors on TV shows have dated each other and then broken up. Look at Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush! That had to have been awkward! They were married to each other and still had to act like a couple on the show. Hayden is lacking a bit of immaturity and needs to act a little more professional. I bet Milo is regretting dating someone so young now.
