Emmy Rossum is known for her goody two shoes roles, but the young starlet sure shocked fans at the world premiere of Dragonball Evolution in Tokyo today (March 10).

Donning what looks like a swath of blue fabric wrapped around her body and tied in back, Emmy was more than happy to show off her long and lean legs.

    I think she looks gorgeous!! I don’t see how she could ever be compared to Kim Kardashian! She has a lot more class than that hoebag. She actually looks sexy in this dress rather than trying to be sexy.
