Showing off his trademark goofy grin, actor Jeremy Piven was spotted wandering around Beverly Hills with a Starbucks iced coffee in his hands yesterday (February 22).
The Entourage star was in great spirits considering that the hearing regarding the grievance filed with the Actors’ Equity Association by producers of the revival of Speed-the-Plow regarding his abrupt departure from the production is scheduled to take place on Thursday.
Members of both sides will present their cases, although according to The New York Times it is unclear whether Jeremy will be in attendance.
As you may recall, Jeremy left the show citing high levels of mercury. His spokesperson claimed that although the actor wanted to continue in the production, his doctors advised him against doing so. Right.

he was staying next door to me in september and i thought he was hot and a sweet guy to everyone in the building. i never liked him before but i did crush on him while he was here. he does need a better hair color than the one out of box though.
