Cops city workers were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed all for the launch of Paris Hilton’s clothing line at a trendy boutique in Los Angeles yesterday.

The heiress/author/singer/perfumer/reality-TV star unveiled the line at Kitson, a boutique known for its celebrity clientele.

Clad in a gold sequin minidress, Paris emerged from a black sport utility vehicle to a throng of fans who spilled into the street.

Unlike Paris’ fancy frock, the collection, which Paris has described as “really comfortable” and “really affordable,” includes mainly of shoes, T-shirts and jeans.

    Is that dress part of her line??? Um, seen it somewhere before.. let me think.. um 1980!! I just won’t ever like her or anything she does.. she is a TROLL!!!! Fans “spilling” out? Really? You sure they were fans?? You sure they weren’t trying to strangle her???

    I saw a pic of Paris and a little girl posing in that gold dress….,..what I want to know is what PARENT lets their kid near PARIS?!
    I’d smack my kid before I’d let her admire this piece of shit.

    actually she and Kitson donated 20-percent of the proceeds of the clothes to Childrens Hospital LA. And Paris ‘dressed’ 3 girls from the hospital yesterday in her new line. yea - so one of the shirts was a giant Warhol-esque silkscreen of Paris’ face - but it was still pretty cool. and the little girls got an experience of a lifetime. they were thrilled. go to kbig.com keyword tunathon and you can see pics and donate to Childrens Hospital - and you dont have to buy her clothes!!

    ^^ Children’s Hospital is definitely a Fantastic cause — that said, it’s a tax shelter for her.. that’s how the rich stay rich.. doesn’t seem sincere to me.. and I STILL wouldn’t let that bitch near my kids free clothes and all.. I agree with you PSL.. I would never let my kid look up to her or think she’s great (it’s an illusion) IMO

    Just read on TMZ.. only 10% was donated and she brought two kids from the hospital there to dress them.. should they let sick children around parisite?? She is a cestpool of disease

    I WENT! paris is so cute. and nice too. thats the seccond time ive met her, before at her cd signing, and shes really sweet. you people just cant get past what you read about her. its sad.

    First of all, I doubt she would waste her time talking about her fans. She’s grateful for them. And she said she has the same victoria beckham skinny jeans I was wearing when I met her, so I’m going to go with she wasn’t making fun of my outfit.and How can you call her fake when you don’t even know her?

    I think she looks pretty good here actually…she looks like she did circa 2004 with the long extensions and tan. Much better than when she was trying to pull of that whole ‘lady-like’ look. I don’t know about her clothes though…her style is kind of little-girly a lot of the time. But I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. She has so many fans, its really hard to deny that even if a lot of them are 12, so I’m sure the clothing will sell out fast.
