Cops city workers were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed all for the launch of Paris Hilton’s clothing line at a trendy boutique in Los Angeles yesterday.
The heiress/author/singer/perfumer/reality-TV star unveiled the line at Kitson, a boutique known for its celebrity clientele.
Clad in a gold sequin minidress, Paris emerged from a black sport utility vehicle to a throng of fans who spilled into the street.
Unlike Paris’ fancy frock, the collection, which Paris has described as “really comfortable” and “really affordable,” includes mainly of shoes, T-shirts and jeans.

actually she and Kitson donated 20-percent of the proceeds of the clothes to Childrens Hospital LA. And Paris ‘dressed’ 3 girls from the hospital yesterday in her new line. yea - so one of the shirts was a giant Warhol-esque silkscreen of Paris’ face - but it was still pretty cool. and the little girls got an experience of a lifetime. they were thrilled. go to kbig.com keyword tunathon and you can see pics and donate to Childrens Hospital - and you dont have to buy her clothes!!

I think she looks pretty good here actually…she looks like she did circa 2004 with the long extensions and tan. Much better than when she was trying to pull of that whole ‘lady-like’ look. I don’t know about her clothes though…her style is kind of little-girly a lot of the time. But I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. She has so many fans, its really hard to deny that even if a lot of them are 12, so I’m sure the clothing will sell out fast.
