TMZ reports Kid Rock’s former DJ is in a big legal mess this morning, charged with a second-degree forcible sex offense. The overweight rocker reportedly commited a sexual act on a 26-year-old female at a nightclub against her will.
Police in Raleigh, N.C., arrested Matthew Schafer just before 5 a.m. and he’s currently in Wake County jail waiting to see a judge today.
UPDATE: After threatening to leave the state to escape charges, a judge set Kracker’s bond at a cool $5 million.

I liked him on the VH1 special with him, his wife, and kids. They seemed normal and happy. I hope it’s not true because he seems like a normal guy and his wife is a badass. She’ll kick his ass.
