The usually earthy Mandy Moore takes things up a notch on Tuesday night as she attends the premiere of ‘Dedication’ at the Chelsea West Cinema in New York City.
Strutting her stuff in an unforgiving black mid-length dress and sexy red pumps, the 23-year-old starlet showed off her dark new ‘do and equally dark lips at the star-studded bash.
It is just me or has Mandy not been photographing well lately? But then again, on the bright side, at least she’s not driving down the freeway in the wrong direction while stoned or a repeat rehab in-patient.

I’m sure she’s sexy in her own natural way but this get up just doesn’t work at all.

I have never been a fan of Mandy…and thsi make-up is just wrong for her.
She looks good… the most beautiful girl on earth… but the red lips… i dont think so… the dress and the shoes are amazing!
i used to think she was so beautiful/cute at the same time. as she’s getting older, she’s looking less that. i don’t know what it is, but she is missing that oomph. still cute though.

She’s looking very Jennifer Tilly in these shots. There is only one Jennifer Tilly. Wipe off that lipstick, take off that corset and thrust your chest back in, you! I liked old Mandy.
Her face looks so odd–and not just because of the makeup job. Her eyes look smaller, her face looks wider. I dunno what, but something’s not right here…
Oh the horror of this make-up.. She has to keep it girly and cute because as some of you are saying she does not have a SEXY face… She can’t pull it off at all!
bad makeup but i think she looks stunning otherwise. mandy moore is beautiful: great skin, nice body, perfect hair…and she just seems like a good person. obviously, i cannot say the same for most of her young-ish hollywood colleagues
I love her with dark hair. I’m really glad she went back to it. The makeup is the problem here, though.

I think she looks great.. we’re just not used to seeing her look this way is all… If she did it more, it wouldn’t be so “shockingly different”. IMO
Her face looks really puffy which is wierd because you can tell from her body that she hasn’t gained weight. What causes puffy face?
I don’t think it’s just the make up, it’s the hairstyle, too. She looks better w/bangs or face framing layers. On the plus side, it looks like she’s lost some weight recently.

I like her dress and I think her body is looking good but her face does not look attractive. She looks like she is trying to hard to look sexy and for some reason her features seem to be getting lost on her face or something. The dark makeup washes her out and does nothing for her.
