It won’t go ahead, every person in the group of people sueing need to be identified and that is pretty much impossible, and not every Asian person would have taken offense. It’s a bit silly really. I think that Miley is just a really immature girl who is growing up way too fast and thinks she is a lot older than she actually is. Her parents haven’t helped the situation at all by letting her date a 20 year old.
