Rumours have been swirling for months, but it’s official — Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight are both leaving Grey’s Anatomy.
“Yes, she is,” Pickens told Us Weekly when asked if Heigl is leaving the ABC hospital drama. “Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best.”
Pickens, speaking backstage after last weekend’s NAACP Awards lunch in Beverly Hills, expressed similar sentiments regarding Knight.
“He’s going too,” Pickens said. “He just wanted to pursue other career paths.”
Both Katherine and T.R. have been more than open about their unhappiness on Grey’s. Something tells us unemployment will be a helluva lot worse.

Good riddance. I don’t know about Heigl but I’m sure Mr. Knight won’t have much of a career after this move. Can’t stand his whiny ass anyway.

I think it’s so funny when these actors leave a “hit” show (I can’t stand the show) and their ridiculous WAY TOO MUCH paychecks to pursue “other oppurtunites”. Like what the hell is T. R. Knight going to do after this show???? Who would hire him for anything??? Didn’t these actors learn from David Caruso??? What a joke. I honestly think Hollywood is made up with the stupidest egotistical looney people ever.

The all do it. They make 2 movies and they think they made it big. Finally maybe we can finally get over
the ghost whisper aka Denny story line.! And go back to what it use to be. I like how they are using The
Practice cross over with Grant Show as Addison’s brother. Who needs surgery and what her ex husband
to do the surgery. This week on The Practice . That is what this show use to be about. Hope that T.J
finally come out of the closet on the show.!! Freaking out Izzy.

Erm hate to shatter the haters ego’s but Heigl is already on $6 million a movie and is the fifth highest paid actress in Hollywood so I think she already has the big bucks…as for TR well..who can blame him..he is getting 15 seconds an episode.
Oops..there goes the remainder of Grey’s audience. No Heigl..count me out.

I agree with everyone above. They are stupid but he is especially stupid. I don’t see him getting any other opportunities after he leaves the show. I mean if you want to pay me like $100,000 a week to have 4 lines hey then I will take it. This show has real problems keeping actors, wonder what it is that drives them away…..
That show sucks now with or without them. Who the fuck cares? Heigl does have a career in front of her but Knight will probably go back to Broadway or do a sitcom or movie as the gay best friend. His career is DOA.
Heigl had a career until she made a reputation for herself in Hollywood and was dissing every project that she was involved in. Her diss of Apatow did not go down well and neither did her negative comments about Grey’s. In two years, you won’t hear from her and in six months it’ll be TR who?
I’m glad they have finally stopped their whinging about the show that has made them famous, and just left. If they were so unhappy and thought the show was so undeserving of praise then I don’t see why they would stay on, other than to make money. I hope this is the end of both their careers, to be honest I doubt many directors will touch them after all the drama they caused on Gray’s. No director wants their actress pulling out of awards because she feels the material wasn’t good enough. Way to dig your own grave.
