It’s been confirmed that Rihanna was indeed the alleged victim in the shocking Chris Brown battery case.
What’s more? She was allegedly assaulted with a deadly weapon!!!!!!!!!!! (Her reps said she was involved in a minor car accident.)
Still no word on what exactly that deadly woman was.
If charged and convicted, Chris can spend anywhere from 4 to 9 years locked up in prison.
UPDATE: TMZ reports that “even though the police report in the Chris Brown arrest refers to assault with a deadly weapon, there was no weapon involved in the alleged attack.” Instead it appears that Rihanna suffered a series of contusions and bite marks.

I am not condoning whatever he did but it probably is not as serious as the media is making it out to be. It is not aggravated assault so he didn’t actually do anything to her. He threatened her…. Other sites have said that they spent the night together because they have photos of them coming out of a hotel at 7:30 AM the next morning so she obviously went back to him later. I bet you they were fighting and she got out of the car and he threatened to run her over or something. Maybe they were fighting about those photos that came out last week of him partying with other girls in a club.
he is not going to prison. she’ll probably cover it up, say it was all is mistake and take him back.

Legally a car can be considered a deadly weapon. If he made claims that he was going to hurt her by hitting the car into something else then that’s assault with a deadly weapon.

Chris Brown is totally fuck. His Career is OVER!!! The LAPD has charged him with 4 counts of felony: Assaut with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Assault, Making Criminal Threats, and Domestic Abuse. He could do 10 Years if found guilty on all charges. Even if Rihanna drops the charges, the DA can pursue this case, since it is high profile, and can Brown’s ass.

^Where did you see those charges at? On TMZ all they say is that an actual weapon was not involved so that means it has to be the car. Also, it says Rihanna suffered “bite marks”. WTH is that about? That is some dirty ass fighting right there.
The only comparison between Bale and Brown is that they are both jerks who cannot control their tempers. I hope for her sake that she doesn’t do the enabler thing and defend his punk ass behavior. If she does that I predict that her career is over. And it is a little disturbing to hear his fans attempt to defend him and try to blame the woman.

As for Chris, man… I didn’t see this coming at all. He has always seemed so sunny and together. But then, I wasn’t aware of his abusive childhood. This is terrible.

Deadly woman lol you need some sleep Arasto! This whole thing is just becoming stranger and stranger, when I think what is complicating it is the cover-up stories their publicists are trying to come up with. I think it’s pretty straight foward. After the Grammy party they were both a little drunk and got into a fight and he hit her. Who knows…maybe there was a car accident due to them fighting while driving or something. I would say his career will be over for a while now.
