   Kim is very beautiful. If you look closely she has had lipo on her face cheeks, cheek implants, filler in the top part of her top lip. She had her nose narrowed it used to have a medium size bulb at the tip. She had medium sized breasts already but enlarged them more with implants. She has had lipo on her waist stomach and midsection and of course a filler probably her own fat transferred to her rear. All that being said yes she is beautiflul she was ok before but now is stunning. If I had the money I would do it to it’s just that she is no ttruthful when asked about it. She posts pics of herself before surgery saying see I had breasts at 16 & ny nose just got longer. Has anyone else’s nose gotten longer?? & her breasts are enhanced. She has good plastic surgeon’s though I wish I knew who they were so I could go for a few nips and tucks. However I think she is caught up in the fast lane and should really think about who she is. She is getting older and has already gotten quite a reputation which she seems to enjoy. She plays cat and mouse with the press on the rear end issue pretending she hates to be known for it but never being seen without it exposed or in clothing so tight they look as if they were airbrushed on. She may have children one day and may regret some of her actions because they are in print & on video. As for the butt why hasnt she posted any pics of her butt before she started dating only black men? Why? Because it was almost non existant before then. She was slender with a an average size waist and a small rear. As those of use with naturally large rear ends and hips know…they dont just appear in your 20’s. The build is there even as a child because its who you are. All the women in my family even in our baby pictures you can see the rear end and larger thighs. As children you can see it in the pictures and certainly as teens. Thats like saying your feet kept growing in your 20″s that is rediculous. She is never going to admit to all the work she has had. Her entire family including her mom and step father have all had work done. It’s the lifestyle they are accustomerd to. It is the world they live in. She is beautiful to say the least. Vain and somewhat ignorant and but still a child of God and hopefully one day she will mature in her actions and motives she already has matrured in sexual activity and sexuality. I think it is time for her to save what is left of her sexuality for her signifigant other and stop advertising it and use her mind. The beauty is there its not going anywhere she doesnt have to try so hard to be seen. She is so beutiful and from an afflluent family that any work she does will be noticed. I wish her the best.

   she is so fake. I thought she looked okay before she did more plastic surgery. I cannot stand this talentless whore!
