Ashley Judd is taking on Sarah Palin and Alaska aerial wolf hunting in a new YouTube video.
The actress/activist condemns the Governor of Alaska for “championing the slaughter of wildlife” on behalf of the Defenders of Wildlife organization.
What’s more? Palin apparently “even proposed a $150 bounty for the severed foreleg of each killed wolf.”
Not one to back down from a battle, the proud hockey mom politician struck back in a statement, calling the Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund a fringe group that “distorts†the goal of Alaska’s predator control programs. She added: “Shame on the Defenders of Wildlife for twisting the truth in an effort to raise funds from innocent and hard-pressed Americans struggling with these rough economic times.â€
