After a week away from her family to attend a series of business meetings in L.A., Katie Holmes returns to mommy duty on Saturday by taking her 16-month-old daughter Suri Cruise out for an afternoon of shopping in Berlin.
Needless to say, one member of the party was a tad bit more excited than the other the reunion.

I think Suri is the cutest thing and I LOVE THEM!!! BTW, I’m not 100% sure on this, but I think in Europe the car-seat rules are a bit more lax than in north america. I still think that for the safety of Suri, she should be in a car seat, but I don’t think it mandatory over there.
I agree with kontrisux. This is not a picture of a moving car. For all anyone knows before the car was actually running she put the child in a seat beside her. Also Suri is an absolutely adorable baby and Katie has proved to be a very attentive mother. This is a picture of her leaving with a sleepy child, not shopping with a sleepy child.
