Check out a snap of the Miami property purchased in 2004 for $2 million by the legendary hip hop musician. Various sources have reported the renovation project went sour with a dispute between Wyclef and the contractor who’s allegations for abandoning the project are related to payment (or lack thereof) by Wyclef.
The lot and structure are sandwiched among some of Miami’s most elite world-class homes along a picturesque road. One can only imagine the neighbours are hardly thrilled to be flanked by a foreclosure that looks more like an abandoned property!

His house does affect the neighbor’s property values. They will go down with a foreclosure in their area.
