There are tensions growing behind the scenes of Britney Spears’ upcoming tour.
The comeback princess reportedly wants to take the kids on the road with her, but ex-hubby Kevin Federline’s lawyers don’t like the idea. The plan is for Brit to have homes in three bases — New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles.
Sean Preston and Jayden James would stay in one of these three bases and mom would commute back and forth while doing concerts in each region.
Should Brit not get her way, she’s threatening to cancel he tour!

You just knew this illconcieved comeback was going to be yet another trainwreck for our princess Shitney. Her new CD is kind of a flop. Neither of the two singles has really been really big hits. And the tour is already going down in flames. Kevin should not let the kids go out with her on the road. That’s no place for young children. Look at Kelly & Jack Osbourne, they spend their childhoods on the road and they are drugged out, useless adults. Kevin’s lawyers are smart ot object. Besides Shitney is still as crazy as hell anyway. You don’t cure serious mental illness in one year.
I feel like there is some weird stuff going on behind the scenes in this family. The new restraining orders and the fact that Britney is still trying to talk to those two weirdos….. Her Dad is always talking about her “recovery”. What the hell is she recovering from? I didn’t know there was a recovery program for being a dumb ass. I wouldn’t let those kids go live in some strange house either. So she can fly there and see them in between performances? There is no point to that.
Kevin is the better parent. The kids should be with him.
i feel really sorry for her and wish her the best. I support Britney because there is nothing wrong about being young and make wrong decisions. Now she is paying for the choises shes made.

We will probably see her ex manager get involved some how.. Kevin has done nothing wrong..He goes bowling now not the clubs.. and he is a great parent to the kids..
I’m on Brit’s side on this one. She wants to spend more time with her kids. Her kids are more important then a tour. Good for her.
I don’t think ANY of these people truly care about Britney. She’s their cash cow and has been for years.
I think Britney seeing Kevin’s girlfriend with her boys set her into a tailspin. I also don’t think she’s nearly as mentally healthy as her daddy or promoters want us to believe. Looks like she’s trying to get out of the tour and this would be the perfect cop out.
I think it’s good that she wants to spend time with her kids, but going back and forth while putting on a show nearly every night would not be good for her. She would be worn out! It would have been better if there was a few days between each show. I think it’s important for her to get her career back on track though, her album is a success and she seems to have been working really hard getting this concert ready. It would be a shame to see her hard work go to waste. She’s in a bad position having to choose between her passion for performing and her love for her kids. If only they could go with her on a tour bus with her mom or something.
