Double Oscar-winner Hilary Swank among the celebrities accepting some pretty hefty checks on behalf of various nonprofit groups and charities at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s annual installation luncheon today in Beverly Hills.
The A-list fête presented over $1.2 million in grants to film schools and non-profit organizations and the celebrities were on hand to announce the grants as well as make acceptance remarks on behalf of the recipients.

She looks great….nothing beats a classic, well-cut black dress and black heels. Very classy and elegant looking. I’m not a huge fan of Hilary and I often think she looks kind of boring, but sometimes boring works.

meh i dislike boring. i’d rather look a bit out there and not my best (like charlize- yea i could look like her hahaha) than be as forgettable as hilary.

maybe its just her personality- i’m sure some women could wear that outfit and look fabulous but she just looks so plain.
