When noon rolls around, it looks like Britney Spears will wake up to some bad news — ex-hubby Kevin Federline has filed for primary physical custody of Sean P. and Jayden because of the songstress’ bizarre behaviour.
A source close to Federline told PEOPLE that the would-be-rapper was worried Spears was exposing the boys to “unnecessary risk” and that his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, “hopes to get Kevin primary custody.”
I suggest that before the judge gives Fed-Ex more custody, it seems only fair that a camera crew follow him on his non-custodial days and see how he spends his free time. Then we’ll see that he’s no better than Britney herself.
If you ask me, the logical solution here is for both of them to relinquish custody to Madonna or Angelina Jolie.

I’ve wondered many times during this whole battle, what K-Fed’s kids with Shar are gonna think about this? I know they’re probably not old enough to understand now, but when they’re older do you reckon they’re gonna resent how much Kevin’s fought for his kids with Britney but hasn’t fought for Shar’s kids?
I know he probably trusts that Shar is a lot more capable of looking after his kids but it still comes off as though he’s more willing to fight for Britney’s.
those kids are fucked if they are brought up by either of their biological parents, but I bet they are safer with Kevin.

Kevin probably isnt “fighting” for Shar’s kids because she is likely acting like a responsible adult and parent.
As for whether Kevin is the better parent– I doubt it, BUT I do believe he will hire a decent nanny who will be an appropriate parental figure– plus their grandma will get to share in their lives if Kevin has custody

Kevin obviously feels like kids are better left being taken car of by the Mother because he has given Britney shit loads of time to get herself together. Remember when she was in rehab for the 189th time and he took the kids there personally to see her? Shar has to have a good head on her shoulders because if my man left me for Britney Spears (back in her hot days no less) when I was pregnant I would have put one between her eyes. She has never said one bad thing about that crazy bitch.
i have a feeling that kevin went a bit crazy when he was with brit (as you would) but is actually quite normal away from it all. i think he does see his other kids but they actually have a good mother while his other boys would be much better off with him than brit.
Whatever. The only reason Kevin’s filing for full custody is so he can get more $$$$. And he won’t get full custody. He can’t prove that she’s an unfit mother, period.
