We may all know Jennifer Connelly as an Oscar-nominated actress, but she actually got her start in showbiz as a child model.
Going back to her roots, the dolled up 38-year-old was all smiles as she shoot a commercial for Revlon in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn, NY.
Jennifer’s husband, fellow actor Paul Bettany, was also on set.
It was announced back in July that the He’s Just Not That Into You star would be the new face for the Revlon makeup brand.
“I am honored to be joining the Revlon family,†Jennifer has said. “Revlon is one of the great iconic brands of today and I am thrilled to be part of a company that has done so much for women around the world.â€

Obvioulsy Revlon doesn’t put out tweezers.Girl has got some serious brows.
As is, it looks very harsh, but I assume the ad will be adjusted.

Sorry but she looks horrible. WAY too skinny, too much makeup esp around the eyes. Lips are WAY to red for her. She looks horrible. I would not buy Revlon based on her…..

That picture is just trulu frightening. Red lipstick is something not everyone can carry off. And the eye brows!!!!
She could look 10 years younger if she would just EAT SOMETHING.
Jennifer needs more weight on her face. Right now she looks too gaunt and severe. It makes her look much older than necessary.

That red lipstick does absolutely NOTHING for her. I think she looks terrible here, definatlely not someone who should be the face of a makeup brand.
She lost weight after her father’s recent death. And none of your seem to be aware that only strong make-up will show up properly on film. She could have thinned her eyebrows a little bit though, have to agree.
I don’t understand the big deal about her age. She’s not that old. I can think of a ton of actresses older than her - Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, Jennifer Aniston, Salma Hayek, Cate Blanchett, Naomi Watts, Julia Roberts, all older than her….Also Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani, and Kylie Minogue are all older than Connelly.
She won’t touch her eyebrows b/c they like her trademark, at this point.
Beautiful woman but she has been looking a bit thin lately….
