L.A. resident Debra Messing returns to her home town of New York City on Monday to host an event for jewelers Agas and Tamar at Donna Karan’s Urban Zen location in Greenwich Village.
The primetime funnygirl-turned-miniseries queen, who looked radiant in an Eastern-inspired gown, gypsy flats and an uber luxurious cardigan, was one of the many invited guests who sipped on champagne while previewing the young and up-and-coming jewelry designer’s new line which was inspired by — you guessed it — the East!
All A-list attendees left the event with a small goody back stuffed with Agas and Tamar’s exotic creations rumoured to be worth a cool $2000.

I hate hearing about all that free swag. Those celebs who can soo easily afford to actually buy the stuff get it free. There is no justice. The meek do NOT inherit the earth. A friend of mine told me, “the richer you are, the more free stuff you get.”–He is right.
I bet the whole cast of Will & Grace is wishing they were still on the air. Where have they all gone?
