Following a week of star-studded premiere, endless interviews and relentless promotion of her latest flick ‘El Cantante’, Jennifer Lopez treats herself to a well-deserved shopping spree on Saturday at celeb fave Barneys New York in Beverly Hills.
Donning a graphic mod-inspired mini-dress, oversized shades and Lanvin flats, the multi-hyphenated 38-year-old actress was joined by hubby Marc Anthony’s 13-year-old daughter, Arianna.
Enjoy La Lopez while you can — something tells me she’s headed back into hiding now that her bioepic of Hector Lavoe has finally flopped..err…opened. ‘El Cantante’ debuted this weekend at #12 making only $2.9 million.

First of all, let it be known that I am NOT a Jennifer Lopez fan.
With that said, El Cantante was one of the best movies I’ve ever seen in my life.
If you’re not moved emotionally, you have no blood in your body.
Both Marc and Jennifer must be nominated for Oscars, because their work was INCREDIBLE!
Don’t expect big box office dollars yet, because it is only showing in certain theaters (if you know what I mean). It’s in limited release.
It’s hontest, ruthless, and beautiful and REAL.
Your whole soul with shift as soon as Marc opens mouth to sing.
AMAZING - I’m still reeling.
Well, I don’t know about the film (haven’t seen it) but she looks FEIRCE in these photos. I’m no big fan of hers either. But she can rock a look like nobody else in her category.
I agree supernova….but she can’t act for shit.
^now I agree with YOU - her acting sucks! LoL.
I like that mini dress she’s wearing. It’s really nice, actually.
I agree with those who have said Jennifer ‘can’t act for shit’ (I’m not a fan of her acting), BUT in the movie “El Cantante” she was pretty good. Gotta give her props when it’s due. However, Marc portrayed Hector Lavoe to a T. He did an amazing job. I just love the man, love the voice. He IS the singing of all singers!!
