Fantasia Barrino will not be unceremoniously kicked out her house.

The American Idol champ’s attorneys agreed to settle a debt with a Florida creditor over the weekend to prevent her $1.3 million home from being auctioned off today.

“Assuming the promised payments all get paid as indicated, we will be satisfied,” Larry Goldman, the lawyer representing creditor Broward Energy Partners, told the Post. “I didn’t want to take her house.”
