What can I say? There is simply nothing funny about Lane Garrison’s trial for vehicular manslaughter.

If you thought his PSA was touching, check out the jailbound star on the stand today in a Los Angeles courthouse.

Just be sure to have a hanky nearby.

    it may have been a “mistake”, but someone is DEAD now, because ofhis stupidity. He should go to jail for a few years.

    I was not really targeted by his tears. You do something stupid like that, you have to face consequences. A couple of tears won’t EVER do. Tough break, but that’s life.

    & he gets 90 days!!!!! paris gets 45 for driving on a suspended license - he gets 90 days for driving drunk & coked up, with minors in his car & then crashing his car & KILLING one of them! WTF is up with the american legal system - it’s insane!

    Vince Neil served NO TIME during the 80s for the same thing, its all about the lawyer you can afford. Justice is most assuredly for sale in the U.S.

    And ME, Paris did quite a more than driving on a suspended license. She violated her PROBATION twice, PROBATION she agreed to when she plea bargained for DUI. The judge was fed up with her and so was everyone else. Its grotesque for ANYONE to drink and drive but especially heinous for a multi millionaire who can afford to PAY a driver.

    He’s not serving 90 days for the incident, he’s just be evaluated by a physc doctor for a pre sentencing so the judge can have an idea on how much time he should serve. I think if he comes off as sincere he may not get the maximum. He has not been sentence yet, that happens in I believe Oct.

    It’s refreshing to see contrition. (Nicole Richie is not contrite at all. She didn’t know it would be bad to smoke pot and take Vicodin? She never heard of Midol? C’mon!)
    Hope he’s sincere.!
    Driving drunk and getting in the car with someone who’s driving drunk is a decision most people are faced with at some point in their teens and twenties. Make the right decision, kids!
    And always, always, buckle your seatbelt!
