WYNONNA IS A PILL-POPPING WEIGHT LOSER

Overweight Oprah isn’t the only one taking advantage of the country’s New Year’s Resolution to lose weight.

Wynonna Judd has announced that she’s the new face of alli, the over-the-counter weight loss pill and plan. Her national TV ad campaign is set to hit airwaves this week, print ads will roll out next month.

Says Wynonna in the release: “alli has allowed me a sense of well-being. I’ve passed up a lot of products, but with alli I have choices over what I can eat and flexibility; it fits into my schedule. The fact that it is FDA-approved really struck a chord with me because that means it has been thoroughly tested and is safe. I hope that I can inspire people to be better.”

Interestingly, Oprah’s personal doctor, Dr. Mehmet Oz, was on Larry King Live last night and he addressed weight-loss pills speifically.

“Stop wasting your money,” he said. “The fact of the matter is that most of these products make false claims….If there was a good product to help you lose weight, we would be advocating it for you. Believe me. The answer is no.”

most diet pills don’t work and are scams. alli is different. however, the fda is a bunch of b.s. and if they approved alli, i wouldn’t trust it!

I think it’s pretty cruel how weight loss companies play on the insecurities of overweight people. They know that there are people out there desperate to try anything to lose weight so they make these pills sound fantastic when they only work when people are already eating healthily and working out regularly. It’s more likely that that is why they lose weight, not because of the pill.

if you never took alli then shut up
let me tell you about alli -
    it works!
if you eat junk food trust me, your body will reject it to the point that you will only eat good food
do some research on how alli will make you end up losing weight and only want to eat good food instead of junk food all day long or evenif you eat it just once a day- your body will reject it

^^^ Umm, Alli makes you end up losing weight because if you eat too much fat, you’ll have explosive diarrhea. Couldn’t you just NOT eat the fat and save yourself the trouble of expensive drugs and skid-marked undies?

Believe it or not, I’m working on a project for her and I adore her. She’s a great person, and very very down to earth and obviously quite human. She’s also one of the most honest people ever. Quite self deprecating even to to a fault. Truly a nice and good person.

I have tried Alli for one month and it does work. The one side affect stated (an urgent need to go to the bathroom) is infact true. I have tried many things and it does work but don’t expect miracles.

Yeah, I’ll just exercise and watch my diet before I walk around with explosive diarrhea. Are you guys serious???? When do exercise and diet NOT work???? I think Dr. Oz’s comments are hilarious and true. Most people only need to get off their fat asses and MOVE. Diet and exercise work; it’s simple math.
