Heather Mills was all bundled up as she headed into the Avalon Salon and Day Spa in the West Village of New York today for some serious pampering.

While she had to pay full price for her manicure, aestheticians at the upscale salon offer the celebrity divorcée a 50% discount on her pedicure.

Meanwhile, ex-hubby Paul McCartney is reportedly furious that Heather is buying a home less than three miles from the one he owns in the Hamptons, Long Island in the state of New York.

An unnamed friend of the famous Beatle tells People: “It’s no secret that relations between Heather and Sir Paul remain strained. Paul has no problem with Heather having an American home. It makes things easier so far as child sharing arrangements for their daughter Beatrice. But he feels he’s moved on with his life since finding love with Nancy. The prospect of Heather living in his shadow does not fill him with joy.”
