Jessica Alba is well accustomed to playing the role of a doting new mom, but today it was her turn to enjoy being a daughter!
Dressed in her comfy tracksuit bottoms, hoodie top and sporting white-rimmed sunglasses, the actress was treated to a girls-only shopping spree in Beverly Hills today by her mother Catherine.
After stopping in at Club Monaco and Paper Source, the mother-daughter duo grabbed some sushi at Yu & Me before calling it a day.
Catherine expressed her excitement over her little girl’s upcoming Superbowl Sunday appearance on The Office. She and Jack Black will guest-star, appearing in an Internet movie within the show that bored Dunder-Mifflin employees spend the episode trying to download.
The episode airs February 1 on NBC.

If it’s true that seeing a girl’s mother is how she’ll be in the future this girl is screwed.

I said a long time ago that this girl would pack on pounds early on–I see her at 180- 200lbs by age 35.
I was thinking the same thing, Jessica is doing everything in her power not to end up looking like her mother..
