After helping co-host Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve Special, the festivities continued for Fergie as she threw a bash at LAVO nightclub at The Palazzo in Las Vegas last night.
The MC of the night was joined by her hunky fiance Josh Duhamel as well as pals David Spade and Carmen Electra.
Fergie defied all sense and logic when she exited a private jet flying in from L.A. (where she taped the Dick Clark special) moments before taking the stage for the Sin City celebration.
Despite the hecticness of it all, partygoers were Fergalicious and Glamorous when the songstress took a breath before handling the midnight countdown celebration.
“It’s always the same: to work out more and eat healthier,” says Fergie of her New Year’s Resolution. ” I’m trying to go organic, eat more raw.”

Fergie looks awesome!! I don’t get all the hate for her, she comes across as a really down to earth cool chick. Josh is insanely hot as well!! I think it’s about time Fergie brought out a new album though, I’ve been missing her songs lately.
Dressing as though she is still sexually available to all is the cruelest kind of insult to her partner.
