Proudly toting their 7-month-old daughter Rain and 7-year-old Neriah (Brooke’s daughter from her previous marriage to plastic surgeon-to-the-stars Dr. Garth Fisher), the gorgeous fam showed off their charitable side as they enjoyed an afternoon under the gorgeous California sun.
