TMZ reports Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will officially divorce today!
‘Just minutes ago, Spears’ lawyer, Laura Wasser, and K-Fed’s mouthpiece, Mark Vincent Kaplan, walked into court — final papers in hand — to get a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to sign-off on the settlement, making the divorce final.’
So, here are all the ugly little details:
- Britney will give K-Fed $15K a month in child support
- Britney will give K-Fed $20K a month in spousal support (will cease in November)
- Britney and K-Fed will share a 50/50 custody agreement when it comes to the kids
So, is it the end of an era? Don’t bet on it. Not unlike every other Britney Spears tabloid report, this story ain’t quite over. Since Brit took the kids out of L.A. last week to go to Las Vegas sans written permission, reports have K-Fed headed to court soon in an attempt to get full custody.

at the time, we thought kfed ruined her but looking back now, she looked soo much better with him than she is right now without him.
how did this girl get 50/50 custody??? Seriously, I don’t quite know the way this works, but wouldn’t they see this girl is INSANE and, atleast temporarily, place those children with the father full time. If he didn’t request it, than SOMETHING should have been done.

Wowww that’s a really good deal for Britney and I’m glad to see Kevin isn’t running off with half her assets. He was only married to her for about a second and from what most of us saw he wasn’t exactly husband or father of the year. Britney worked hard for her fortune and it would be a real shame to see it go to him. I don’t think he will fight too hard for the kids, sure it might get him more money, but I think he would much rather focus on his ‘career’ and have boy’s nights in Vegas than have to worry about looking after his kids every day. I feel sorry for Shar’s kids….he never fought for custody of them!
Britney was so better with K-Fed… Anyway, Team K-Fed (I can’t believe I just wrote that). He should definitely get the kids, not just 50/50 custody.
I’d love for someone to give me $15,000 a month….(I know he gets more, but I’m not talking about the child support)
