It was a quiet night out for Kanye West last night.
After doing some post-Christmas shopping at the Chanel store in Los Angeles last night, the headline-making rapper was see arriving for dinner at Sushi Katsu-Ya.
While sashimi and sake may have been the only thing on Kanye’s mind last night, the self-proclaimed genius says he wants to apply his supernatural talents to fashion design. And, in fact, he says he has the acumen to design an outfit for President-Elect Barack Obama.
London’s The Sun quotes Mr. West as saying: “I could design something for Obama to go to the club in. But I don’t know if I’m ready for suits and stuff.”
No word from the White House yet on who will design Barack’s club gear during the new administration.

I personally love Kanye’s style. He’s so NOT the typical rapper when it comes to his style. Kanye isn’t afraid to stretch the boundaries of what we traditionally see rappers wear. He can rock the stage in a 3 piece suit as well as he can in jeans and timbs.
I don;t think Obama would wear anything this schmuck designs.

Kanye is such a tool. The President of the United States does not “go to clubs and stuff’. And who made him a designer anyway? He has no taste.
Most rappers are dumb and can’t even speak in complete sentences, but Kanye takes the cake.
