The 38-year-old actress looked simply ravishing in a teal strapless number duing a beachside stroll in Malibu with BFF Courteney Cox on Sunday.
Meanwhile, J.An has fuelled speculation she’s about to announce a big Broadway project - by buying a new New York home.
The newly single actress, who has often confessed she is tired of life in Los Angeles, has bought a new Manhattan apartment, according to Life & Style magazine. A source tells the publication, “Her mind is made up. She’s been keeping a lot of the details to herself - until now.”
The insider claims Jen hopes to make the move to the east coast by the end of 2007.

She looks good here! I love the color on her but I think she looks a lot more sophisticated when she’s wearing her grays and navys. I can’t imagine her living in NYC though, she’s such a west coast girl and what would happen to her doggy??

That outfit is NOT flattering and she really needs to lay off of the suntanning. She looks like an Oompah Loompah.
