Looks like we can add another lawsuit to the endless list of legal woes drugged up starlet Lindsay Lohan is currently facing.
Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake - the the three men who say they were passengers riding with her on the morning of her recent arrest — tell The Insider they will present her attorney with a civil complaint.
No word on the amount of compensation they are seeking, but money problems are the last thing LiLo needs right now. X17 recently reported that the down-and-out actress contacted them before her arrest requesting to do a secret photoshoot for $30 000. Lohan got booked before anything materialized.

Please do not compare Lindsay Lohan to Robert Downey, Jr. Yes, they both have their addictions that I wouldn’t wish on anyone because I have had family members affected by that… but Robert Downey, Jr flat out admitted that he had a problem and seemed truly disgusted with himself and never tried to deny the turmoil. And he can fall and get back up over and over again because that man is an effing genius in front of the camera. I don’t give a shit what anyone says about him. I check imdb regularly just to find out about small movies that he is in that we never hear about. Lindsay is as *only.1.without.herpes* pointed out…needy of approval, love and attention and the drugs are what helps her cope because she just can’t admit that she is just not an actress. I am so not trying to be mean to this girl and kick her while she is down, but sometimes people in Hollywood need to step back and finally accept that THEY CANNOT ACT so they won’t get depressed and try to uplift themselves with booze and drugs to drown out all of the bad reviews and lack of ‘real’ work.

A few days ago, I “defended” this girl’s efforts to get clean and sober up and asked that others give her credit for the same. Well, slap me stupid cause I was. I gave this girl every benefit of the doubt, trusted that she was sincere in her efforts…….if she really said “The black kid was driving…….” then I hope rots in hell. Wow, soshootme. Deep. I think a lot of people who were giving her the benefit of the doubt are now feeling the same way (even those IN Hollywood who would usually protect one of their own). I always hated this chick (though I agree she has some talent). Still, too many girls out there who are far more talented, appreciative of that talent and would know how to maximize that talent and humility into a fledging career.
