Looks like Britney Spears’ trip to Las Vegas got off on the wrong foot.
Brit’s bodyguard Julio ‘JC’ Camera reportedly roughed up a photographer outside the Wynn Spa after an altercation over the photographer’s proximity to - and possible contact with - one of her kids.
According to Us Weekly, Britney started yelling while Camera tackled the photog’s partner to the ground and began punching. After Wynn security asked all parties involved to leave, the Las Vegas police were called to take statements.
That’s when the lovely citation below for misdemeanor battery was issued.
Brit may counter back and file an allegation of battery on behalf of Sean Preston against the photographer whose name is Kyle Henderson.

I bet the fact Wynn asked her to leave also pissed her off even more.
I wish I could be a little bit shocked.Although at least she was trying to protect one of her kids.

beforesunrise.. i was gonna say the same thing LOL! The Razzi get out of control sometimes.. why is it that if I am a private citizen and some man is following me around taking photos of me, blocking my car to take pics of me, etc… it is called stalking or some other violation.. but when you are “famous” it’s ok to have someone do this to you??? I’m all for celebrity news and pics.. but the razzi just go too far sometimes!

the girl’s got to breathe sometimes. and a photographer does not have to be there for that. then again, she asked for the attention years ago, and she has it!

Everytime you see one of those TMZ or clips of the paps, I don’t see how they stand it. I’d be beating up everyone especially if my kids were with me.

I saw Catherine Zeta Jones this morning on Live w/ Regis & Kelly talking about how she avoids the paps b/c they live most of the year in the Bahamas. I guess you can get away from it you choose to.
if you are hot news.. the razzi will find you. I say this all the time, most celebs do not “avoid” the razzi.. the razzi just doesn’t care to chase them b/c they won’t get the fat pay check. The paps are mostly after what sells magazines.. frankly CZJ doesn’t sell magazines. No scandal and quite boring except for when movies come out. Just look at Anna Nicole.. she was in the Bahamas as well and that didn’t stop the razzi from riding helicopters over her house for pics.
THats true. If you make a scandal out of your life and make sure that you’re in all the hotspots the razzi will be there to document your shameful ways. But if you decide you actually do want a private life, you can have it. Those bitches like Sienna Miller that complain about it, would actually die if their oxygen (the razzi, attention) stopped given two sh*ts.
