Despite her dressed-down appearance in black jeans, boots and a fur-trimmed coat, the British supermodel showed her diva status as she enlisted the help of a sales assistant to wheel a trolley around the store for her.

Meanwhile, Kate is reportedly shunning the endless holiday parties this year for a detox break in Thailand with her rocker beau and daughter Lila Grace.

A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror: “Kate’s had a hectic 2008 and feels everything’s got on top of her of late. She wants to shift half a stone and totally de-stress.”

With help of equilibropathy techniques, the model who — once-upon-a-time made headlines for her waify figure — hopes to lose some weight.
