The rapper is reportedly seeking a second job as an intern in London.
After conquering the music world, Kanye is ready on trying his hand out at fashion. In preparation of launching his own fashion line, Pastelle, he’s seeking an internship at Louis Vuitton’s luxury goods HQ.
“I’m going to go and take an internship and just do something that’s like completely normal, and just rap at the weekends or something,” he says.
Say what you will about Mr. West, but you have to admire the man’s work ethic!

this jerk has such an ego. louis vuitton is a joke. hence they allowed him to work there. it’s not even considered a luxury brand anymore.
Yeaaaah, good luck with that. His ego is much too big for that kind of thing, can you imagine Kanye running here and there on someone else’s orders and not throwing a hissy fit? Neither can I.
His ego was ok to begin with, I thought it was funny. But now it’s just sad, i’m glad he’s doing this though. I love his style on red carpet and candids. We all know who inspired Jay-Zs new look lol.
i think it’s hysterical that these egomaniacs think they have any design skills or fashion sense. and, i esp love it that they begin their new ‘careers’ right as the country dissolves into a depression. people ain’t gonna give a shit about kanye’s threads when they’re wondering how they’re gonna feed their children.
It is a industry fact that some songwriters are forced to let “big name singers” piggyback on writing credits, because the singers figure that they are doing the writers a favor by singing/promoting the song. The writers have to suck it up knowing they will get alot more money off a song if (Beyonce/Avril/Jessica/JLo/etc) is singing it than some no name singer…even if it is a hit at their pride.

I can’t hate on Kanye because every time I see him he just looks so sad because of his mom’s death and I know that he recently said that he blames himself. But, if he is trying to get some tips for his own line and how to go about doing things then I don’t see what the big deal is.
