I hate that dress on both of them, it is very unflattering — the way it is cut makes the wearer look thick-waisted and stumpy-legged.

Usually I think Debra owns everything she wears, but I think this works better on Kate, very light and summery, and I’m enjoying the low belted dresses.

Don’t like the dress, but I think it looks better on Kate. Debra looks frumpy and slumpy (heh, a rhyme) and I don’t like that belt on the black dress.
The dress isn’t very flattering at all and is very sack like but it definately looks better on Kate. Debra just looks all over the place wrapped in a bed sheet or something.
