The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”
So, just where is Lindsay? Back in rehab, of course!

I wont’ think she’s serious about getting/staying clean until she stays her ass the hell out of clubs. I dont’ care how many sissyninnies come on and say “you can go to clubs and just dance” YEA RIGHT! if the shit is there in your face, you’re gonna wanna do it. just one little line won’t hurt, just one little pill wont’ hurt, just one little shot won’t hurt, and so it begins again. and rehab CAN work the first time around, or it may take 100 times around there is no formula, it’s all up to the individual, how strong they are mentally, how much will power, how much self control, and how much effort they want to put into it.
i put this in my other post, but I think it’s important to consider:
From what I heard, she was chasing down her assistant when she was arrested. The assistant quit. When you are trying to recover from addiction, the smallest thing can set you off again.. especially feeling abandoned… just a thought
and yes, it can work the first time.. but the percentage is extremely low.. and there are many many more factors then mental strenght, will power and self control. Most addicts wouldn’t be addicts if they possessed those qualities. But just dismissing someone as hopeless and shitting on them when it’s obvious they need help, doesn’t help.
and you are right, she needs to change her entire lifestyle to be successful.. part of any addiction is the atmosphere and ritual of it. If you used to do it at a certain place, that place will be a trigger. If you did it with a certain person, even seeing their picture can be a trigger
^okay, add self love to the list. if you love yourself you dont’ need drugs and alcohol. i can’t think of many other factors you need to over come addiction.
mental abuse, mental illness, childhood trama, addictive gene, atmosphere.. we’re talking recovering, not never starting at all. she may have to overcome some or all of the above, and even those have subcatagories… obviously she doesn’t have self love.. her behavior is so text book, it’s actually disturbing.

Rehab according to Lohan is for quitters, because whatever she’s doing in there, it ISN’T getting help. I hate to say ‘i told you’ but there were people saying I was being cynical about her ‘recovery’ but if she wasn’t so desperate to not be ‘forgotten’ and stay popular she would have avoided the clubs, even gone away somewhere super private.
